Nakuru’s newest Club 99 Roundz faces shut down over noise pollution in residential.
The Club situated near Naka Centre was officially opened December 1, 2023 in an event that was also graced by celebrities among them Wyre Love Child, and Simple Boy.
It occupied area that was formerly occupied by Xcape Lounge.
The club has been operating since then with every day having a different theme in terms of music played to club lovers.
However, an official communication seen by famousnakuru.co.ke, indicates that Sunday July 21 is the last day the Club will operate at the current venue.
According to Management, the club is shutting down due to numerous complaints and court cases.
“Dear valued customers, we regret to inform you that we are closing down due to multiple complaints and ongoing court cases regarding club’s operation in residential area leading to noise pollution issues,” reads part of the statement.
The management says it has taken the move to temporarily shut down the premise to avert any potential legal repercussions.
While apologizing to fans for any inconveniences caused in their plans, the management maintained that they prioritize well-being of community and aims to comply with all regulations for the harmonious environment for all residents.
This, even as the management revealed plans of relocating to another venue and continue providing services and entertainment to all loyal customers.
“We regret to announce that from this day or today will be the last day to render our services from our current locale, But our office will be open till End August to address any uncertainty and grievance. Therefore Any complaint or disappointment as well as goodwill ideas are welcomed and should be addressed directly to the Manager or WhatsApp Niggawt . We appreciate every support rendered to us in support to our growth,” stated the management.
