The former Secretary General of the Kenya Civil Servants Union and Current Member of the Presidential Advisory Board of the Republican National Committee, USA, pointed out that the bad laws in Kenya are being suggested by President William Ruto and passed by the Kenya Parliament.

According to him, the affordable housing tax was suggested by William Ruto and was passed by the Kenya Parliament in total disregard of the opposition by the Kenyan workers and despite the court ruling that the affordable housing tax was unconstitutional.

“It was President William Ruto who suggested the faulty 2023 finance bill, which trembled the salaries of all public workers and the Kenyan Legislatures. It was passed by the current Kenya Parliament. Kshs.1 billion was stolen immediately after the bill was passed,” he stated.

Dr. Kinity added that it was President William Ruto who suggested the 2024 faulty finance bill that was quickly passed by the Kenya Parliament.

He says the President should not fool the Gen Zs and Kenyans in general, with the dissolution of the Kenya Cabinet, but rather he should bite a humble pie and resign.

The unionist categorically stated that the main problems in Kenya are President William Ruto and the Kenya Parliament.

According to him, President Ruto should have dissolved the entire Parliament and resigned from power to pave the way for the positive transformation of Kenya and for positive reforms.

He says Parliament equally hurt Kenyans by passing harmful bills that have hurt Kenyans.C

“Complete breeds of new fresh leaders are necessary for the positive transformation of Kenya,” he said.
