The Affordable Houses construction project launched by President William Ruto in Bahati Ward, New Site area, is now at 60% completion.
Area MP Irene Njoki says the initiative has continually impacted the local economy by providing employment opportunities for our labor force and boosting businesses that supply materials to the construction site.
She revealed that soon a new project of the affordable housing will be launched in Lanet Umoja Ward.
According to the Lawmaker, the new project will see the construction of 5,000 new houses.
“As a constituency, we are also looking forward to the launch of a new project that will see the construction of 5,000 new houses in Lanet Umoja Ward,” she said.
